Two studies by Russian composer Leonid Kubbel (1891 St. Petersburg-1942 during the siege of Leningrad ), two very elegant minimalist works.
First, it proposes to cancel, the white pawns are dominated by the black pieces ... apparently, of course!
Then a little fantasy to illustrate the square of the pawn and the flyaround ...
